ASSEMBLY
CAUTION: Always be sure that the tool is
switched o and the battery cartridge is removed
before carrying out any work on the tool.
CAUTION: Be sure to attach lters to the
cleaner properly. Filters with holes or those not
properly attached may allow dust to enter the motor
housing.Thismaycausemotorfailureorres.

Disposing of dust
CAUTION: Empty the cleaner before it
becomes too full, or the suction force weakens.
CAUTION: Be sure to empty out the dust
inside the cleaner itself. Failure to do so may
cause the lter to be clogged or the motor to be
damaged.
Inordertodropduststickingonthelterinthecapsule,
tap the capsule 4 or 5 times with your hand.

Point the suction inlet downwards, turn the capsule in
direction of the arrow as illustrated, and disconnect the
capsule slowly and straight.

Remove dust accumulated inside the capsule.
NOTE: Dust may spill out when capsule is opened, so
be sure to set a garbage bag beneath capsule.

Reassembly
NOTICE: Install lters as instructed in this man-
ual before operation. If the problems as following
describedoccur,repositionthelterscorrectlyto
rectify the problems.
NOTE: Always remove dust ahead of time, as the
suction power will be reduced if there is too much
dust in the cleaner.

1. Putonlteruntilitisfullyinpositiononthecleaner
unit.

NOTICE: Install the lter straight onto the stay.
Besuretosmooththelterevenlyacrossthestay,
anddonotletitlooseorwrinkleandaecttheuse.
2. Installtheprelter.Turntheprelterinthedirec-
tion of the arrow until it stops.

in the cleaner unit.

Closing the capsule
Align the mark on the capsule with that near the handle,
and then turn the capsule in direction of the arrow until it
is secured in place.
