TO FILL GRINDER CONTAINERS
1. Remove the bottom cover and place it on the clear chamber, as a
lling funnel.
2. Use the bottom cover’s switchable half hole as a funnel to ll the
empty salt or pepper chamber.
3. Leave some space in the clear chambers to prevent jamming.
NOTE: Put peppercorns into left-hand container and salt into right-
hand container.
USE
1. Reassemble the grinder. Make sure the square notch on the motor
unit connects with the square shaft.
Place the upper cap on the power unit and gently turn it clockwise.
2. Press the left or right button, the pepper or salt will come out. If
machine gets stuck during use, gently shake the unit.
It is normal for peppercorns or salt to occasionally get stuck in the
grinder.
TO ADJUST FOR FINE OR COARSE GRINDING
Turn the adjusting nut underneath the chamber clockwise for ner
grinding and counter-clockwise for coarser grinding.
NOTES
1. Do not press both buttons at the same time.
2. Do not overll the clear chambers to avoid jamming the
mechanism.
3. Never fully tighten the adjusting nut.
4. Use sea salt only! Rock salt will damage the mechanism and void
the warranty.
5. Clean the outside of the mill with a soft damp cloth. Never
immerse your mill in water. Store in dry place.
