operating instructions.
3. Push down and turn on the burner, at the same time, press on the red button of ignition, an audible
click will be heard and then the burners will be light.
4. If the burner has not lit after two attempts, turn ‘OFF’ the gas tap and wait 5 minutes before retrying
the ignition sequence. If the problem persists after turning the appliance back on, ask your gas
supplier, dealer, or gas technician for help. Never try to repair the problem yourself, it could lead to
serious bodily and/or material damage.
5. If the burner does not stay lit, repeat step 4.

Cleaning and maintenance
Rust spots may appear on the product due to the metallic particles contained in the stainless steel used
in the manufacture of this product. We recommend that you brush them off quickly to limit their spread.
After each firing, wait for the product to cool down completely.
Empty the grease trap and clean your appliance and utensils after each use to avoid a highly
flammable and toxic grease deposit on the cooking surfaces.
Do not use sharp objects or abrasive cleaners on the cooking surface. It is preferable to use a heavy-
duty degreaser. Do not leave standing water in the appliance; this can lead to rust and rapid
deterioration of the materials. Protect your appliance with a cover if you leave it outside in fine weather.
Protect from rain and moisture during extended periods of non-use.
