CHARGING THE VACUUM CLEANER
Before rst use, the battery must be charged for 7 hours.
• The appliance may heat up slightly during charging and use. This is normal.
• Your appliance is equipped with a battery that is not sensitive to the "memory e ect":
you can therefore recharge this battery without having to discharge it rst.
1. Check that the o n / o ff switch is in the OFF position.
2. Then plug the mains adapter into a power outlet.
3. Place the appliance on the charging base as shown in diagram 3.
4. A red indicator light will come on when the appliance is charging on its base, as shown
in diagram 4.
If the indicator light is o , this means that the appliance has not been correctly placed
on its base.
5. When the charge is complete, the indicator light will turn green.
1. Remove the appliance from its base.
2. Move the o n / o ff switch into the ON position to start the vacuum cleaner.
3. This handheld vacuum cleaner comes with the following three attachments: a soft
upholstery brush, a fl at nozzle and a crevice tool. If necessary, select an attachment
and insert it into the end of the dust container.
