Problem Possible cause Soluon
The device is not working./
The device does not turn on.
Low baery. Charge the device (see: Charging).
The device does not play
sounds or does not light up.
The device is in a dierent
mode.
Change mode (see: Mode change).
The device does not record
heartbeat.
• Index nger is not
inserted deep enough
into the sensor.
• The sensor is not
connected correctly.
• Rotate the sensor by 180 degrees
and try again.
• Try recording using the index nger
of your other palm.
• Make sure that the sensor is
connected to the device correctly
and that the cord is not damaged.
The LED on the sensor does
not light up.

• If needed, wipe the device with a dry cloth.
