Thermal Cut-Out Switch for Control Box
Components
These ovens include a “safety thermal cut-out switch” for
your protection. This safety related device is designed to
ensure that the unit will not overheat and damage the
oven. In the unlikely event that the oven would exceed the
specified operating temperature range, the “safety thermal
cut-out switch” will activate, thus blocking power to the unit
and causing it to turn off.
