Protection against involuntary operations.
If the electronic control detects a button held down for approximately 20 seconds, it switches off automatically. The
control emits an error signal to warn that the sensors have detected the presence of an object. If the hob is still hot,
the display will show "H".
Before use
Read this guide, paying particular attention to the "Safety warnings" section.
• Remove any protective film that may still be on your glass ceramic hob.
Using the touch controls
• The controls react to touch, so there's no need to exert any pressure.
• Use the ball of your finger, not the tip.
• You will hear a beep each time a key is saved.
• Make sure that the controls are always clean and dry and that no objects (such as utensils or cloths) cover them.
Even a thin film of water can make the controls difficult to use.
Choosing the right kitchen utensils
Do not use cooking utensils with irregular edges or curved bases.
Make sure the base of your pan is smooth, lies flat against the glass and is the same size as the cooking zone. Use
saucepans with a diameter as large as the graph of the selected zone. By using a slightly larger pan, the energy will
be used to the maximum. If you use a smaller pan, the efficiency may be lower than expected.
Always center your pan over the cooking zone.
Always lift the saucepans off the ceramic hob - do not let them slide as this could scratch the glass.
