Disassembling EasyTwist-Ice
Make sure that the following requirements are fulfilled:
q
Drawer is removed. (see 8.5 Drawers)
q
Drawer is set down on a table.

Removing the water tank: Lift the water tank at the
recess Fig.123(1).
u
Remove the water tank Fig.123(2) upwards.
u
Remove the ice cube tray Fig.123(3) from the front.

Removing the EasyTwist-Ice body: Use your finger to
press the tab Fig. 124(4) downward while at the same
time lifting the EasyTwist-Ice body Fig. 124 (5) from
behind with the other hand.

Remove the EasyTwist-Ice body from the freezer
drawer.

Removing the cover of the EasyTwist-Ice body: With
one hand, press the tabs Fig. 125 (6) on both sides of
the EasyTwist-Ice body.

With the other hand, remove the cover Fig. 125 (7)
upward.

EasyTwist-Ice is disassembled in four parts. (see
Fig. 126)

NOTICE
Danger of damage due to improper disassembly!
Breaking, jumping and splintering of the equipment. If
you continue to disassemble the EasyTwist-Ice body,
you might damage the rotary knob or other parts of the
EasyTwist-Ice body.

Only disassemble the EasyTwist-Ice into the illus‐
trated components. (see Fig. 126)
u
Clean the EasyTwist-Ice body Fig. 126 (1) as a
complete unit.
Cleaning EasyTwist-Ice
Make sure that the following requirements are fulfilled:
q
EasyTwist-Ice is disassembled. (see Disassembling
EasyTwist-Ice)
u
Clean the ice cube tray, water tank, cover, and the
EasyTwist-Ice body with warm water with some dish‐
washing detergent.
u
Dry all cleaned components with a dry cloth
completely.
w
EasyTwist-Ice is cleaned.
