Troubleshooting

• Checkiftheproductisturnedon.

• Checkifthepowercordisconnectedtoawalloutlet.

The TV turns off suddenly. • Checkthepowercontrolsettings.Thepowersupplymaybeinterrupted.

• Checkiftheauto-offfunctionisactivatedonthesettingsrelatedtime.

andisnotsubjecttoexchangeorrefund.

• Youmayfinddifferentbrightnessandcolourofthepaneldependingonyourviewingposition(left/right/

top/down).Thisphenomenonoccursduetothecharacteristicofthepanel.Itisnotrelatedwiththeproduct

performance,anditisnotmalfunction.

• Avoidtouchingthescreenorholdingyourfinger(s)againstitforlongperiodsoftime.Doingsomayproducesome

temporarydistortioneffectsonthescreen.

• “Cracking” noise:AcrackingnoisethatoccurswhenwatchingorturningofftheTVisgeneratedbyplasticthermal

contractionduetotemperatureandhumidity.Thisnoiseiscommonforproductswherethermaldeformationis

required.

• Electrical circuit humming/panel buzzing:Alowlevelnoiseisgeneratedfromahigh-speedswitchingcircuit,

whichsuppliesalargeamountofcurrenttooperateaproduct.Itvariesdependingontheproduct.Thisgenerated

sounddoesnotaffecttheperformanceandreliabilityoftheproduct.
