Remove the speakers
Make sure the following FRUs (CRUs) have been removed.
“Remove the lower case” on page 27
“Remove the battery pack” on page 28
“Remove the internal rubber” on page 29
“Remove the 2280 solid-state drive (SSD)” on page 31 or “Remove the 2242 solid-state drive (SSD)” on
page 30
“Remove the Wi-Fi card and Wi-Fi card cover” on page 32
“Remove the I/O board cable” on page 34
“Remove the heat sink” on page 35
“Remove the fan” on page 36
“Remove the I/O board” on page 37
“Remove the system board and the I/O board FPC” on page 38
Step 1. Remove three screws and then remove the speakers.
