Remove the system fan
Remove the system fan (for DIS models)
Make sure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed.
“Remove the lower case” on page 28
Step 1. Disconnect the battery pack cable from the system board.
Attention: Use your fingernail to pull the connector to unplug it. Do not pull the cable.

Step 2. Disconnect the antenna cable connectors from the Wi-Fi card. Disconnect the fan cable from the
system board. Then, release all cables from fan hooks.
