Chapter 4. Accessories
Depending on the model, your computer might not come with certain accessories.
ThinkBook USB-C Micro Hub
Setup instructions
Step 1. Connect ThinkBook USB-C Micro Hub to the USB-C™ connector or Thunderbolt™ 3 connector on
your compatible computer.
Step 2. You can connect display devices to the High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI™) connector
on the hub. You can also connect a USB-compatible device to the USB 3.1 Gen 1 connector on the
hub.
Important information
• The hub is only supported by Microsoft
®
Windows 10 and later.
• For the list of compatible computers and the latest firmware, go to

• To play HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection)-encrypted videos on an external display,
connect the display to the HDMI connector.
Supported maximum resolutions
• When connected to external display:
– HDMI video output: 3840 x 2160 pixels / 60 Hz
ThinkBook Wireless Multi-Device Charging Mat
Notes:
• Connect with the power adapter higher than 90 W.
• Place your device on the sensing area (square icon area) for wireless charging.
• Remove any objects from the mat, and wipe the mat gently to ensure that it is clean and dry.
• LED toggling between white and green during dual power supplying is a normal behavior.
