Step 1. Disconnect the touchpad cable from the system board and touchpad. Then, remove the touchpad
cable.

replacement part:

Remove the speakers
Make sure the following FRUs (CRUs) have been removed.

Step 1. Disconnect the speakers’ cable from the system board, remove the speakers’ cable from the cable
guide, and remove the speakers.
