Remove the thermal module
Make sure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed.
“Remove the deco cover” on page 30
“Remove the lower case” on page 31
Step 1. Disconnect the battery pack cable from the system board.
Attention: Use your fingernail to pull the connector to unplug it. Do not pull the cable.
Step 2. Disconnect the thermal module cable from the system board. Remove eight screws. Remove the
tape then remove the thermal module.
