Remove the I/O board
Make sure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed.
“Remove the lower case” on page 33
“Remove the solid-state drive (SSD) plates” on page 34
“Remove the thermal module” on page 42
Step 1. Disconnect the I/O board cable from the I/O board and then remove the I/O board.

Note: Ensure that the switch button and the shutter button are on or off at the same time when replacing the
I/O board. Otherwise, the I/O board may be damaged.
