2.6 Connecting DC Power
Active DC power sources must comply with LPS and SELV cir-
cuits with no energy hazard, as well as the following.
IEC 60950-1:2005+A1:2009+A2: 2013
Output voltage: 6 to 36VDC
Output current: 12 to 2A minimum
Tma: 50°C min.
The DC power input connector of the Lenovo IoT520 utilizes V+,
V-, and chassis ground pins, and accepts input voltage as shown
previously.
2.7 DIN rail Mounting
The Lenovo IoT520 controller is shipped with DIN rail mounting
brackets and accessory screws, with mounting procedures as fol-
lows.
1. Prepare the DIN rail mounting bracket and 2 M4-F head
screws.
WARNING:
Before providing DC power to the Lenovo IoT520, ensure the
voltage and polarity provided are compatible with the DC input.
Improper input voltage and/or polarity can be responsible for
system damage.
