STEAM CLEAN
1. Open the drawer and put the container for waste
water into the drawer (Check Page 48 for installation
guide).
2. Place the container close to the drawer panel and
close the drawer.
3. Open the oven door and take out the bottom cover
(cover for bottom heat element).
4. Put in the self-cleaning tray, put in 1200-1500 ml of
water and close the oven door.
Press the STEAM CLEAN button to start the steam
cleaning function.
After the steam-cleaning process ends, wait until the
temperature inside the oven cool down. Take out the
steam-cleaning tray and the container with waste
water, and place the bottom plate back to the oven.
3. After placing the pizza in the oven, press the START

temperature display will show “FOOD”, and a beep
will sound to let you know it’s time to place the
