Top and bottom
heating

Food is heated from above and below
at the same time: Suitable for stews,
pastries, and cakes in baking moulds.
Use a single tray.
Bottom heating

Only lower heating is used: Suitable
for foods that need browning on the
bottom.
Fan heating

Hot air heated by the fan heater
is distributed equally and rapidly
throughout the oven using the fan.
Suitable for multi-tray cooking at
different shelf levels.
Eco fan cooking*

To save energy, use this function
rather than “Fan Heating”. Cooking
time will be slightly longer. (see p29)
Pizza function

The lower heater and fan heater
operate: Suitable for cooking pizza.
“3D” Function

Upper heating, lower heating and fan
heating all work at the same time. The
food is cooked evenly and quickly.
Cooking is done using a single tray.
Low grill

Uses the small grill on the oven ceiling:
Suitable for grilling small amounts.
Full grill

Uses the large grill on the oven ceiling:
Suitable for grilling large amounts.
Fan assisted full grill

The hot air heated by the large grill is
quickly distributed into the oven using
the fan. It is suitable for grilling in large
amounts.

Use to keep food at a temperature,
ready for service for a long time.
