Installation into ceiling
Connect the exhaust duct onto
the connection nozzle of the
motor using aluminium tape.
The 89x222mm exhaust can be
transferred to a circular duct of
Ø 150mm at a later stage. Install
at a slight incline so to ensure
condensation does not run back
into the appliance and ensure the
extraction duct is insulated.
See Appendix A on page X for
further information on ducting.
Ensure the cooker hood is
disconnected from mains
electricity supply. Ensure the plug
is removed from the mains socket.
Insert the plug into the mains socket, DO NOT switch on.
Tighten the 4 clamping screws by hand to secure the cooker hood permanently. DO NOT use power
tools, and do not over-tighten.
Push cooker hood up into the cut-out by pushing on the edges until you hear a click.
The cooker hood will now remain suspended in place.
After the screws are tightened, the unit
can be switched ON at the mains socket.
The cooker hood is now ready for use.
DO NOT push on the
bottom panel.
Keep the exhaust duct long enough
so that it can be reconnected after
disassembly.
