This product requires assembly. The vehicle must be properly assembled before use.

ASSEMBLY

–

We recommend that the motorcycle be assembled by an adult or a mechanic.

–

Installation takes about 30-40 minutes.

–

The initial battery charge can take up to 12 hours.

–

Do not shorten this charging time!

–

Inate both tires to the appropriate pressure (138 kPa / 20 PSI).

–

Unpack the motorcycle from the box.

–

Remove all loose parts from the packaging (motorcycle body, front wheel, front plastic fender, manual, char-

ger and set of screws and tools). See images 1, 2, 3 and 4.

REAR SHOCK ABSORBER

–

Remove the shock absorber from behind the seat, unscrew the mounting bolt, thread the shock absorber

into the bracket, bolt and tighten securely (images 6 and 7).

HANDLEBARS

–

Remove the top retaining nuts which are secured with screws. Thread the bolts through the holes in the nuts

and tighten securely (images 8 and 9).

–

Attach the handlebars using the black washers and four screws (images 4 and 5).

–

Tighten the screws carefully.

FRONT FENDER

–

Remove the two screws from the lower side of the fork and one from the front (images 10 and 11).

–

Fit the fender and tighten the two bottom and one front screws (images 12 and 13).

FRONT WHEEL

–

Remove the front wheel axle from the front fork. Pay attention to the spacers (images 14 and 15).

–

Thread the bolt into the eye of the left fork, then thread the bolt through the centre of the wheel and nally

thread the bolt through the right eye of the fork, install the nut and tighten securely (images 16 and 17).

FRONT BRAKE

–

Insert the brake so that the brake disc is between the brake pads and fasten with two screws to the left fork

(images 17, 18 and 19).

FUSE

–

Using pliers, take the included fuse and insert it into the protective case located on the right rear of the

motorcycle under the seat. A short sparking may occur when inserting, which is normal (images 20 and 21).

–

Insert the fuse under the seat (image 22).

STICKERS

–

If the stickers are protected by protective lms, remove the lms.

CHECKS BEFORE RIDING

LOOSE PARTS

–

Before each ride, check that the steering and brake bolts are not loose. There must be no unusual noises,

rattling, loose or damaged components.

BRAKES

–

Check the correct operation of the brakes by pressing the lever. If the motorcycle does not brake, it is nece-

ssary to contact the service.
