6. When the OK sensor on the glass of the
front control panel is pressed, a buzzer
confi rms the operation and the oven starts
to preheat until reaching the optimum
working temperature.
7. The preheating lasts 28 minutes. The time
remaining for the preheating operation is
displayed on the clock.
WARNING
Remember that you need 28 minutes to
preheat the oven before starting to cook the
pizzas.
8. At the end of the 28 minute period, the oven
emits a buzzing sound and 340º fl ashes on
the clock display.
9. Touch the OK sensor to switch off the buzz-
er.
10. Open the door and insert the pizza in the
oven using the pizza peel.
11. On closing the door, the oven cooking time
is displayed in the clock display.
12. Leave the pizza to cook for the time re-
quired (see table with cooking times for
each pizza type).
WARNING
Do not open the door unnecessarily while
cooking your pizzas to prevent heat losses.
If the door is opened and closed, the cook-
ing time displayed in the clock display re-
turns to 00:00.
13. When you have fi nished cooking your piz-
zas, turn the control dial to 0 to switch off
the oven.
WARNING
Remember you have 90 minutes to cook
your pizzas. After this period, the oven will
switch off for safety reasons and the mes-
sage “STOP” is displayed.
The message STOP in the clock display will
only disappear when the oven has cooled.
CAUTION
The cooking process is very fast when you
use the Pizza Meister function. Therefore we
recommend you monitor the progress and
cooking time at all times to guarantee the
best results. If you do not monitor the oven,
your pizza may dry out or burn.
