Event codes
Events or faults during operation are stored in the
inverter's event memory and transmitted to the
KOSTALSolar Portal or can be queried via the
KOSTAL PIKO CI app.
For more information Ch. 7.7.
Service concept
The event codes can be read out via the KOSTAL
PIKO CI app or KOSTAL Solar Portal when servicing is
required. Your installer or service partner can then decide
what action to take before on-site deployment. In this
way, multiple on-site deployment can be avoided.
