TROUBLESHOOTING
ISSUE SOLUTION
The air fryer doesn’t work Insert the plug into the grounded power socket.
Food is not cooked evenly If some food ingredients lay on the top or join together with
others (e.g. fries), then they must be shaked or overturned in
the cooking process.
Food is uncooked 1) Put the food ingredients into the fryer basket (4) in small
batches so that hot air can be evenly distributed.
2) Adjust the temperature.
3) Set the time accordingly.

1) The fryer drawer (6) has oil or fat residue. Clean the fryer
drawer (6) after each use.
2) The food ingredients have comparatively high oil or fat
content. Wipe them down to remove excess oil.
The fries are not crisp 1) Cut the raw potatos into smaller sizes.
2) Make sure to dry the raw potato sticks correctly before misting
oil to them.
3) The raw potato sticks can be made more crisp by adding
small amount of oil to them before cooking.
