uninterrupted.
Press the
Start/Pause button.
No drainage

Ensure the drainpipe is
connected securely.
• Drain height too high.
• Check if the drainpipe has
been blocked.
• Ensure the drain-pipe
length.
Press the
Start/Pause button.
Door cannot be
opened
• Ensure hot water has not
been used.
• The water temperature is
high when washing.
The door will be
automatically locked
until the temperature
drops to a safe level.
No spin cycle

Ensure the washer is level
and steady.
• Ensure you do not have
too many large, bulky
items in the wash.
• Load fewer towels into the
wash.
• Avoid placing rolled up
blankets into the machine.
Add two items of
clothing and press
