Problem Solutions
There is some remaining
water in the machine
This is normal and results from water tests performed at
the factory.
The washing machine
does not run.
• Ensure the power plug is properly inserted.
• Check if the tap is turned on.
• Verify that the ‘Power’ button has been pressed.
• Ensure the ‘Start/Pause’ button has been pressed.
• Check if the Delay feature is activated.
Water leakage.
• Ensure the inlet hose is securely fastened.
• Inspect and clean the drain hose.
• If necessary, contact help.Kogan.com for support or
seek assistance from a qualified trade professional.
Abnormal noise and
excessive vibration.
• Ensure the transit bolts have been removed.
• Adjust the legs to ensure the washing machine is
level.
• Confirm the washing machine is placed on a solid,
level floor.
• Check for foreign objects such as metal items inside
the drum.
Washing efficiency is
unsatisfactory.
• Select the appropriate wash cycle.
• Use the correct amount of detergent, following the
manufacturer's instructions.
The machine does not
respond after pressing
buttons.
• Check if the Child Lock feature is activated.
• Press ‘Start/Pause’ before pressing other buttons.
The actual cycle duration
differs from the displayed
time.
• Ensure clothes are evenly distributed inside the
drum.
• Check if the water drains properly and fills correctly.
The washing machine fills
while draining.
• Ensure the maximum height of the drain hose is at
least 65cm.
• Check if the drain hose is submerged in water.
