DIP Switch
For some remote control models, open the battery cover to reveal a manual switch at the
bottom. You can then select either the Cooling Only or Heat Pump mode. Position the
switch according to the table below.
DIP Switch Position Function
°C The display is adjusted in Celsius.
°F The display is adjusted in Fahrenheit.
Cool The display is adjusted in only Cooling mode.
Heat The display is adjusted in cooling and Heating mode.
Using the Remote Control
• Direct the remote control toward the air conditioner.
• Check that there are no objects between the remote control and the signal receptor in
the indoor unit.
• Never leave the remote control exposed to the rays of the sun.
• Keep the remote control at a distance of at least 1m from the television or other
electrical appliances.
