power adaptor.

Can I use a docking station
to connect the monitor?
No, the monitor must be connected directly to your
laptop's ports.
There is a boot logo but no
display after connecting to a
MacBook. How can I fix this?
Check if the driver icon is visible in the top right
corner of the MacBook desktop. If it is not displayed,
open the laptop's startup platform, locate the driver,
and click on it to resolve the issue.
What if my laptop has only
one USB-C port, which is
also used for charging?
1. If your laptop has one USB-C port, connect the
laptop charger directly to the monitor.
2. Then, use the USB-C to USB-C Cable (Video &
Power) to connect the other USB-C port on the
monitor to the laptop's USB-C port, allowing the
monitor to deliver power back to the laptop.
How can I use the monitor
without connecting to
power?
Without a power adaptor, the laptop can power the
left and right screens. However, to use all three
screens, it is recommended to use the provided
power adaptor, the laptop charger, or a >20W PD
