Before First Use
• Allow the appliance to stand upright for at least 30 minutes before connecting it to
power.
• Clean the interior of the fridge before using the appliance for the first time.
• Do not connect the appliance to an energy-saving plug or a DC-to-AC power
converter (such as those used in solar energy systems or marine power supplies).
• It is normal for condensation or frost to form on the rear panel during compressor
operation. This will automatically defrost. The water will drain into a collection tray
above the compressor, where it will evaporate.
Operation
Display
When the appliance is first powered on, the display will illuminate fully for 3 seconds, and a
start-up tone will sound.
• Under normal operation, the display will show the set temperature.
• If the appliance detects a fault, an error code will be shown on the display. Refer to the
‘Troubleshooting’ section.
Note:
Use light pressure when operating the panel. Avoid scratching the display area with
sharp objects and keep the appliance away from high humidity and strong magnetic
fields. These conditions may affect the control panel's performance.
