Daily Use
• Do not place hot items directly on the plastic parts of the appliance.
• Avoid placing food products directly against the rear wall.
• Thawed frozen food must not be refrozen.
• Store pre-packed frozen food according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Adhere strictly to the appliance's storage recommendations.
• Do not place carbonated or fizzy drinks in the freezer, as pressure build-up may cause
containers to explode.
• Ice blocks can cause frost burns if consumed directly from the appliance.
• To avoid food contamination:
• Minimise door opening times to prevent temperature increases.
• Clean surfaces in contact with food and accessible drainage systems regularly.
• Clean water tanks unused for 48 hours, and flush water systems unused for 5
days.
• Store raw meat and fish in appropriate containers to avoid contact with or
dripping onto other food.
• Two-star frozen food compartments are suitable for storing pre-frozen food,
making ice cream, and ice cubes.
• One-, two-, and three-star compartments are not suitable for freezing fresh food.
• If left empty for long periods, switch off, defrost, clean, dry, and leave the door open to
prevent mould.
Cleaning & Care
• Switch off and unplug the appliance before performing maintenance.
• Avoid cleaning the appliance with metal objects or sharp tools. Use a plastic scraper
for frost removal.
• Regularly examine and clean the refrigerator's drain for defrosted water. Blocked drains
