Positioning
Install the appliance in a location where the ambient temperature matches the climate
class indicated on the appliance’s rating plate:
• Extended Temperate (SN): Suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from 10°C to
32°C.
• Temperate (N): Suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from 16°C to 32°C.
• Subtropical (ST): Suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from 16°C to 38°C.
• Tropical (T): Suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from 16°C to 43°C.
Location
• Position the appliance away from heat sources such as radiators, boilers, and direct
sunlight.
• Ensure air can circulate freely around the back of the appliance.
• For optimal performance, if installed below an overhanging wall unit, maintain a
minimum distance of 50mm between the top of the cabinet and the wall unit. Ideally,
avoid positioning the appliance under overhanging wall units.
• Level the appliance accurately using the adjustable feet located at the base of the
cabinet.
• The appliance must be easily disconnected from the power supply. Ensure the plug
remains accessible after installation.
• This refrigerating appliance is not designed for built-in installation.
Electrical Connection
Before plugging in the appliance:
• Verify that the voltage and frequency specified on the rating plate match your
domestic power supply.
• Ensure the appliance is earthed. The power plug includes an earth contact for this
purpose.
• If your electrical outlet is not earthed, consult a qualified electrician to connect the
appliance to a separate earth in compliance with current regulations.
