I cannot add the product to the SmarterHome App
• Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. This device only works with the 2.4GHz
network and is not compatible with the 5GHz network. If no 2.4GHz network is active,
you can activate it via your router settings.
• Ensure the device and your phone is within range of the router.
Cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network
Check your router settings:
• Configure the encryption method (security) to WPA2-PSK and authorisation type as
AES. Or set both to automatic.
• Ensure the wireless MAC filtering function is active. If necessary, remove the device
from the filtered devices to make sure the router is not blocking devices from
connecting
• Ensure the Wi-Fi network password is correct.
