of the food.
• Mix fresh potatoes with some cooking oil before frying to achieve a crispy eect.
• Shake fried foods, especially French fries, after 1/3 and 2/3 the cooking time. Observe the
information in the table above. Pull the frying pan out of the appliance by the handle. The
device switches o automatically. Shake the frying pan slightly. You may also use a wooden
spatula for stirring / flipping over.
• Push the frying pan back into the pan. The device will automatically switch on again and
continue to heat up.
