Trouble Shooting
Will not ignite
No Spark.
Check the electricity supply.
Abnormal flame
The gas supply is closed.
The ignition plug is contaminated
with alien substance.
Noisy combustion or

Gas Smell
Wipe alien substance with a
dry cloth.
Gas leakage
Stop using the cooktop and
close the
main gas supply
valve.
Open the windows to
ventilate. Contact the service
centre using a phone outside.
Repairs should be performed by a licensed technician only. Improper repair may result
in considerable danger to you and others.
The burner is incorrectly assembled.
Assemble the burner correctly.
The gas supply is not completely

Open the gas supply
completely.
The burners are wet.
Dry the burners caps carefully.
