SMART FLEX FUNCTION

To activate the smart ex function:

1. When the hob is ON, press ex zone button and simultaneously to activate the

ex zone function.

2. When the ex zone function is activated, the hob will enter into smart ex

mode without any further manual control in 5 sec,.

3. 3.If smart ex function been deactivated accidentally, please follow step 1 to

Reactivate the smart ex function.

A) With only one pan/pot been put on the ex area:

• When the pan/pot is put at the front of ex zone area, the hob will turn on

automatically and set the power at level 9 for fast heating.

• When the pan/pot is put at middle of ex zone area, the hob will turn on

automatically and set the power at level 6 for stewing.

• When the pan/pot is put at rear ex zone area, the hob will turn on

automatically and set the power at level 2 for warm keeping.

B) With two pans/pots been put on the ex

area

1. When two pan/pot been put on the ex area

within 5 seconds, the hob will turn on auto-

matically and set the power at level 6.
