OPERATION

The appliance can be used both for boiling food and for heating water and other

liquids.

Boiling

1. Place the rack in the cooker.

2. Fill the food into jars and close the jars.

3. Stack the jars on the rack as shown in the illustration.

Note: For smaller glasses, more glasses t into the device.

4. Fill the cooker with enough water to cover

⁄4 of the highest glass with water. Do not

exceed the maximum mark.

5. Put on the lid and switch on the main switch (on). Set the timer and set the desired

temperature. The appliance will now start to heat up, which can take up to 90

minutes. Once the set temperature is reached, the unit automatically switches from

heating mode to warm-keeping mode.

6. Set the temperature and time according to the cooking chart. The time indicated

there is valid from the point at which the target temperature is reached.
