Before storage
If you will not be using the device for a long period of time (more than a few
weeks), follow the steps below.
1. Disconnect the unit from the mains.
2. Empty the water tank and dry it with a cloth.
3. Clean the lter and let it dry completely in a shaded area.
4. Put the lter back in place.
5. Store the device in a dry and well-ventilated place. Make sure that the device is
always upright.
TROUBLESHOOTING

The appliance is not
working.
The mains plug is not
plugged into the socket.
Insert the mains plug
into the socket.
The water tank may
be full or installed
incorrectly.
Drain the water from the
water tank or insert it
correctly.
The room temperature
is lower than 5 °C or
higher than 32°C.
This is normal at these
temperatures and is not
a fault condition.
Dehumidifying the room
air is not effective.
The room temperature
or humidity is too low.
In the dry season, the air
dehumidication ability
is reduced.
The air inlet or outlet is
blocked.
Clean the air inlets and
outlets.
No air is blown out. The ventilation grille is
blocked.
Clean the ventilation
grille.
