TIMER SETTING
You can use the timer in two different ways:
1. You can set a specic time after which the device will start to beep. In this case,
none of the hobs will switch off after the time has elapsed.
2. You can set the timer so that one or more hobs will be switched off automatically
after the set minutes.
Using the timer without selecting a hob
Make sure the hob is switched on. You can use
the minute counter even if you have not selected a
hotplate.
Touch [-] ‘or [+] on the timer control, the display
will start to ash and [00] will appear in the timer
display.
Set the time by touching the [-] or [+] key. Tip: Touch the [-] or [+] key once to
decrease or increase the time by 1 minute. Hold down the [-] or [+] buttons to
decrease or increase the time by 10 minutes. If the set time exceeds 99 minutes, the
timer automatically returns to 0 minutes. To cancel the timer, press and hold the [-]
button until [0] is displayed.
As soon as the time is set, the countdown begins
immediately. The screen shows the remaining time
and the timer display ashes for 5 seconds.
When the time is up, the buzzer will sound for
30seconds and the timer display will show [00].
