4.2 Suitability of the power levels
Power levels Suitability

• Simmering
• Cooking with little vapour development

• Suitable for most cooking processes
• Cooking with medium vapour development
3 • Cooking with high vapour development
Note:
The above information is for guidance only and may vary
depending on vapour and odour development.
In order to determine the optimum setting in case of ambiguity,
we recommend that you first select the next lower of the
correspondingly indicated power level and then adjust it.
4.3 Button operation and setting
Starting operation and setting the power levels
• To start fan operation at the first, second or third power level,
press the corresponding power control button , or
respectively.
• Proceed in the same way to change the power level
from level 1 to 3 as required during operation.
• If required, the table in the following section can be used
as a guide for the suitability of the power levels.
• To stop the fan operation, press the button

Adjusting the lighting
• To switch the lighting on or off, use the
button in each case
