3.2 Commissioning the cooker hood
• Only operate the appliance if it is in perfect condition
and has been properly installed, ideally by a suitably qualified
specialist.
• Make sure that the appliance and its surroundings are completely
clean so that no dirt such as dust, residues from installation
or residues of transport protection agents can be sucked in!
• Ensure that both the metal filter and the fleece filter
are inserted correctly as described under "Cleaning and
Maintenance".
• To operate the appliance, proceed as described
in the following chapter.
