Causes for damage and functional impairments
with possible consequential dangers

• During installation, strictly observe the safety dis-
tances and other instructions given in this manual
to avoid damage, e.g. due to heat exposure.
• Always keep the appliance in a clean condition,
clean the metal filter and, if applicable, change the
carbon filter at the recommended intervals to avoid
functional impairments, damage and hazards due to
deposits of grease and dirt!
Observe the notes and instructions in the corre-
sponding section of this manual for this!
• To avoid damaging the surfaces, do not use aggres-
sive or abrasive cleaning agents or utensils and
follow the instructions in the relevant chapter for
cleaning and maintenance!
• During cooking, moisture is produced, which can
cause long-term damage to surfaces!
To avoid this, always switch the appliance on when
cooking!
