Installation of the cooker hood

• Tap a dowel into each drill hole, place the two brackets
for the shaft parts in the position described before
and fasten them to the wall by screwing the other
ST4×30 screws into the dowels and tightening them.
• Place the telescopic exhaust air shaft on the hood
body again, hooking the top end of the outer (lower)
part into the lower shaft bracket in a downwards
direction.
Make sure that the lower end of the outer shaft part
is flush with the hood body.
• Pull the upper edge of the inner (upper) shaft part
to the required height and attach it to the upper shaft
bracket by either hooking it in, like the lower part (1),
or overlapping the screw holes of the shaft part
and the bracket and screwing a 3×10 mm screw
into each of them

• Make sure that the previously removed metal grease
filter is fully reinserted before using the appliance!
• Install the supplied non-return valve in the exhaust air
outlet on the top of the hood body with the opening
direction of the flaps upwards.
Note: For recirculation mode or if the room's
exhaust air duct already has a non-return valve,
this step is not necessary.
• Attach the supplied exhaust air hose to the air outlet
of the hood body and connect it to the further exhaust
air duct.
Note: This step is not necessary for recirculation
mode.
