4.3 Key operation and setting
Switching the appliance on and off
• After connecting, the appliance is in switched off state.
• To switch on the appliance, touch the on/off key
until you hear a beep.
Operation starts at power level 1.
• To stop operation and switch to standby mode,
touch the on/off key again briefly.
As long as the on/off key is illuminated, the light and power
can still be adjusted using the relevant keys.
• To switch off the appliance and stop operation if applicable,
touch and hold the on/off key for about 5 seconds.
When the key illumination of the on/off key has gone out,
the appliance, including the lighting, is in the off state
and the control panel has no function except for the on/off key .
