INSTALLING THE LIGHT KIT AND GLASS SHADE
CAUTION: To Reduce The Risk Of Electric Shock, Disconnect The Electrical
Supply Circuit To The Fan Before Installing Light Kit.
Step 1. Remove one of the three screws on the light plate, loosen the other
two (but do not remove). (Fig. 22)
Step 2. Connect the 2 single pin connectors from the light kit to the 2 single pin
connectors from the motor assembly. Connect the black wire to black wire,
and the white wire to white wire. Place the two slot holes on the light kit over
the 2 screws previously loosened from the light plate. Rotate the light kit until it
locks in place at the narrow end of the key holes. Securely tighten the 2 screws
previously loosened and the one previously removed. (Fig. 23)
Step 3. Secure the glass shade to light plate by turning in a clockwise direction.
Turn the glass shade gradually until it snaps on to the light plate. DO NOT
OVER-TIGHTEN. (Fig. 24)
