The principle of this mode is to heat
the air streams and circulate them
thanks to a fan. The speed is con-
stantly changing - this is necessary so
that overcooking does not occur.
Place the dish in a special mesh bas-
ket and put in the oven. The dish will
be evenly cooked on all sides without
the need to add oil or fat.
LOW TEMPERATURE MODE (35-50
DEGREES)
In this mode dishes can be cooked
that require fermentation (dough prov-
ing, yogurts, sour milk and other
drinks that "ferment").
And by increasing the temperature to
50 degrees, this mode can also be
used for cooking homemade marsh-
mallows, defrosting foods, drying veg-
etables, fruits, herbs or mushrooms.
This mode can also be used for cook-
ing for 24 hours.
ECO
By the economy mode, the blower fan
works constantly, and the heating ele-
ments with pauses, but at the same
time the thermostat controls the cor-
rect cooking process.
