Setting the temperature and the
cooking time
The oven should switch off automati-
cally at the end of the specified cook-
ing time.
• Before setting the cooking time,
the oven operating function must
be selected. Basic default cooking
parameters are set for each
mode. If you wish, you can
change these parameters.
• On the Home page, select the de-
sired operating mode of the oven.
• Then set the desired temperature.
• The temperature is set by touch-
ing the corresponding symbol on
the display and moving the sliding
scale up and down 3
. You can
choose in a range between 30 °C
and 260 °C. The temperature reg-
ulator has a professional step of 5
°C.
A preheating function is available for a
range of features.
• Touch button 6.
The oven will begin the preheating
process. Once the set temperature is
reached, it will signal that the dish can
be placed inside.
The selected parameter is automati-
cally set when removing the fingers
from the screen.
• Then set the cooking time.
• The cooking time is set by touch-
ing the clock symbol on the dis-
play in HH:MM 4 format and mov-
ing the sliding scale up and down.
• Press "Start" 5 to start the oven.
After the set time is over, an audible
signal will sound to inform you that all
the oven's functions are off.
