In a few easy steps you can start the
cooking process.
Turn on the oven by touching the dis-
play.
• The Home Page will appear on the
display. Find the “Backing func-
tion” symbol and
activate it by
touching it with your fingers.
• On the display select the desired
operating mode of the oven, e.g.,
“
Conventional”.
The display will show the pre-pro-
grammed parameters: “Temperature”,
“Cooking time” and “Finish time” as
well as the option to preheat the oven
“Rapid Heat”.
If necessary, you can change these pa-
rameters by touching the correspond-
ing symbol and moving the sliding
scale up and down.
The selected parameter is automati-
cally set when removing the fingers
from the screen.

After selecting the desired param-
eters, press “Start
” to start the
oven.
