With the support of voice assistants, you can
control different things using your voice. It’s
possible to generate plenty of practical ap-
plications by using a code word to activate
the assistant and giving simple or complex
spoken commands. Your eNet SMART HOME
can also be operated and controlled via voice
assistants. Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant
are amongst the best-known voice assistants on
the market and your eNet SMART HOME can be
operated and controlled via these two assistants
if desired.
1. VOICE CONTROL VIA
AMAZON ALEXA
In order to use the voice assistant
Amazon Alexa with eNet SMART
HOME, you need an eNet server,
the installed eNet SMART HOME
app, a My eNet account with activa-
ted free-of-charge remote access,
an active internet connection, a de-
vice which supports Amazon Alexa
or a smartphone with the Alexa app
installed and an Amazon account.
Linking and set-up
In the Amazon Alexa skill store,
you’ll find our eNet SMART HOME
skill; activate it and link it to your
“My eNet” user account. Find your
connected eNet devices via the
Alexa app or your Alexa device and
from this point on you can control
your devices via Alexa. The device
designations are always made up
of the “Room designation from your
eNet system” + “Corresponding
device designation from your eNet
SMART HOME app” = Device desi-
gnation in Amazon Alexa.
Functions
Via Amazon Alexa, you can switch
devices and sockets on and off,
turn lights on and off or dim them,
raise and lower blinds, roller
shutters and awnings completely
or to a % value of your choice (if
you use blinds with adjustable
slats, you can set the position of
the slats), activate any scene cre-
ated in your eNet SMART HOME
app and control your rooms via
group commands.
