3-6. Adjusting the looper thread cam
Loosen screw

jected the most.

The standard position of the thread guide is ob-
tained when the end face of the thread guide is
aligned with the center marker line.

thread cam timing.

the bottom end of the
thread guide.
WARNING :
Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of the
sewing machine.
The top end of the feed dog should rise 1.4 mm above the surface of the throat plate when the feed dog is in
the highest position of its stroke.

Adjusting the feed dog height
1) Loosen screw

in the side plate of the bed and remove it.
2) Remove the screw

, and loosen a hexagon socket head screw under the screw

with an L-shaped
hexagon wrench key.
3) Adjust the feed dog height by turning feed driving amount adjusting shaft

4) Fix the shaft with the hexagon socket head screw and tighten screw
