Connections: Disconnect from the main power before making any type of connection.
Ventilation: Do not block any air ventilation slots. Ensure all fans and air inlets remain clean and
unobstructed. Maintain approximately 6 inches (15 cm) between the fixture and other devices or walls for
proper cooling. Mount the unit in an area that allows proper ventilation.
Cover: Do not remove the cover for any reason.
Power Supply: Never plug the unit into a dimmer pack. Disconnect the main power during long periods of
non-use. Mount the unit safely and securely. Route power-supply cords to prevent them from being walked on
or pinched, especially at the point where they exit the unit.
Cleaning: Clean the fixture only as recommended by the manufacturer.13
Heat Sources: Keep the fixture away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other
appliances (including amplifiers) that produce heat.

The fixture does not operate normally or shows a marked change in performance.
The fixture has fallen or been subjected to extreme handling.

fixture to prevent direct eye or skin exposure.
Do not operate with damaged or missing covers.
Never look directly into the UV light or use optical instruments to view it.
Individuals with eye conditions, sunlight sensitivity disorders, or those taking photosensitive medication may
experience discomfort from exposure to the UV light."
