Exterior Maintenance: Inspect the exterior every 30 days. Ensure the unit is powered off and disconnected.
Check the optics for any obstructions on the lens, and clean both the optics and chassis as needed. Schedule
future maintenance based on your initial findings, keeping in mind that regular exterior maintenance is
required, even if the luminaires are not in use due to their outdoor location. Applying a durable wax to the
chassis is recommended to prevent contaminant buildup. Inspect power and data lines for signs of
contamination or corrosion, and periodically reapply dielectric grease, especially in coastal environments. If
any contamination or corrosion is found, thoroughly clean and/or replace connectors, then reapply dielectric
grease. This maintenance should typically be performed annually or whenever an opportunity arises. To
prevent issues, it is recommended to replace both vent valves annually, as the membrane can become
contaminated or clogged, leading to improper venting of humidity within the luminaire. Inspect all mounting
hardware as a precaution.
Interior Maintenance: Inspect the interior monthly while the unit is powered off.
Inspect and clean the zoom/focus mechanism. Lubricate linear bearings with Krytox oil as needed, and check
belts for wear.
Inspect and manually rotate all rotating effect wheels, noting any resistance.
Inspect all remaining rotating belts for wear.
Inspect, clean, and check the rotation and connections of all fans.
Inspect the CMY module, manually move flags, and check for resistance. If necessary, clean guide rods and
reapply a thin layer of moly lube.
Clean the interior with low-volume compressed air and optics before reassembling head covers.
While the base has limited moving parts, inspect the pan belt for wear. Always perform an IP test after
removing any cover.
There's no fixed replacement schedule for parts like belts, stepper motors, PCBs, or LEDs. Replace them only
when necessary. Cooling fans should be replaced proactively at 10,000 hours to maintain optimal cooling and
protect internal components. In case a full-service breakdown is needed, please reach out to us at:

Important: Only the fixtures are IP65 rated. The flight case and charging bases are not designed for outdoor
use or exposure to moisture.
This unit contains no user-serviceable parts. Attempting repairs will void the warranty. Modifications or
disregard of safety instructions will also void the warranty.
